Welcome to Perlee Engineering and Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “the Company”). This document sets forth the terms and conditions governing our services, defining the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of both the Company and our clients.

Scope of Services

1.1. Perlee Engineering provides comprehensive construction and infrastructure services, including but not limited to:

  • Residential, commercial, and industrial construction
  • Road and bridge development
  • Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services
  • HVAC installation and maintenance

1.2. The scope, timelines, and costs will be clearly outlined in the agreement signed with the client.

2. Quotations and Contracts

2.1. All quotations remain valid for 7 days from the date of issuance.

2.2. A formal contract must be signed by both parties before commencing any project.

2.3. Any modifications to the scope of work after the contract is signed may result in adjustments to costs and timelines.

 

3. Mode of Payment:

3.1. The project agreement will outline the payment terms, which the client is required to adhere to.

3.2. To initiate the project, advance payments must be made as per the agreed terms.

3.3. Payments received after the due date may be subject to additional charges, including interest.

3.4. The Company reserves the right to suspend services if payments are not received within the specified timeframe.

4. Quality Assurance & Safety Measures

4.1. The Company ensures the use of high-quality materials for all projects.
4.2. All work will be executed under the supervision of skilled and experienced engineers.
4.3. Safety protocols will be strictly followed throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Project Timelines

5.1. The Company will make every effort to complete the project within the agreed timeline, subject to unforeseen circumstances.
5.2. The Company will not be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
5.3. In the event of damage or loss due to natural disasters, Perlee Engineering and Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable. The client will bear responsibility for such damages.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1. The client must provide clear instructions, necessary approvals, and site access in accordance with the agreed schedule.
6.2. Any delays resulting from the client’s failure to fulfill these responsibilities may lead to adjustments in the project timeline and costs.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of project details, designs, and other proprietary information, except as required by law.

8. Warranties and Liability

8.1. The Company guarantees that all services will be executed with due skill and care.
8.2. The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications of the completed work.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. Any disputes arising from these terms or project agreements shall first be addressed through mutual discussion.
9.2. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

10. Termination

10.1. Either party may terminate the contract by providing written notice, as per the conditions outlined in the project agreement.
10.2. In the event of termination, the client shall be responsible for all costs incurred up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

12. Amendments

12.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated to the client in a timely manner.
